Moalboal Dive Association

MDA is a not for profit association of scuba operators that are based within the municipality of Moalboal, Cebu. The organisation was created with the goal of securing a sustainable future for our diving community, to provide a forum for ideas and information to be shared amongst its members, and to provide a single point of contact for other organisations, and government bodies to communicate with the dive centers. If you are an owner or manager of a diving operation within the municipality of Moalboal, you are welcome to join us.
